At Mamaya Hotel, I always feel at home. The staff helped me with an early check-in on my first stay. It has everything I need, from Wi-Fi to express check-in. I can't wait to come back for New Year.

The room at Mamaya Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The extra long beds were so comfy, and the TV with satellite channels made it easy to relax. I loved the patio with a city view, it was so peaceful.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bathroom with a shower. But hey, that's just my opinion.

very, very nice personnel, very clean rooms, absolutely great location. not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. had nice dainties at jafra, located next to the hotel. when we came, the owner met us and was nice.

Deceptive practices from the hotel owners, pressuring guests to buy alcohol and cigars. Lack of professionalism, disregarding guest preferences and refusing to provide receipts.

had a great time in amman and mamaya hotel was even better than before! the staff was so helpful and the room had everything i needed. location was perfect too, close to everything downtown. highly recommend reservation at this place.

The staff was fantastic, super nice, and very helpful. Great location close to the Roman theater. Lots of food options nearby, including a delicious BBQ place, Knafeh, and a juice bar. The hotel had clean rooms, good facilities, and free WiFi. The beds were comfortable and the hot water worked well. The price was very reasonable.

We were able to easily access main attractions and there were two other restaurants opposite the hotel. The staff was amazing, always helpful and kind, and the owner personally ensured our satisfaction. this hotel felt like a second home to us.
